Mission

Alzheimer’s is a devastating disease of the brain. Millions of people are affected world wide (e.g. 8 and 13% of population age 65 and older in Switzerland1 and USA2, respectively) and the numbers are still growing due to the increasing age of the population. Besides aging still little is known what causes Alzheimer’s disease, and up to now there is no cure available. This unmet medical need is driving scientists from universities, hospitals and industry to work towards a better understanding of Alzheimer’s disease and, finally, to develop the much needed novel therapies.

Our Company’s mission is to support these efforts by providing high quality products combined with excellent customer support: Our products help researchers to generate basic understanding of Alzheimer’s disease and to find new strategies to cure this disease in the future. It is our goal that with our products, safe and efficacious drugs will be discovered and developed. And finally, patients, relatives, caregivers and clinicians will continue to profit from our products as they enable an early and accurate diagnosis of the Alzheimer’s disease.
